What we collect, and what we do with it.

This site collects only what you type into its one form. This notice says what that is, why, who reads it, how long we keep it, and how to ask about it.

Manifest Trading (“Manifest”, “we”) is the personal information controller for this website. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), its implementing rules, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

The quotation and supply form

  • What: your name, company, e-mail, phone if you give it, country, the product and quantity you are asking about, and your message.
  • Why: to answer you — with a quotation, a proforma, or questions about what you offer — and to keep a record of what was quoted.
  • How long: two years from our last reply; if it becomes a contract, as long as the contract’s records must be kept under tax and customs law (ten years).

Who reads it

Our trade officers, the owner, and the accountant once a quotation becomes a sale. E-mails are sent through our mail provider, who handles them only to deliver them. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for anyone else’s marketing. When you buy or supply, your company details travel on the shipping documents to the carrier, the customs broker, the bank and the government agencies the shipment needs.

What this website keeps in your browser

  • manifest-theme (local storage): whether you chose the light or dark look.
  • manifest-landed (session storage): that the opening animation has played this visit, so it plays only once.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, object to its use, have it erased or blocked where the law allows, take a copy of it, and complain to the National Privacy Commission. Write to us. We answer within fifteen working days.
