Importing with us

From the mill to your truck, one paper trail.

We import food staples by the container and sell them from stock in Valenzuela and Cavite. You buy a carton or a truckload; we carry the permits, the duty and the wait at the port.

The route

Four stops between origin and you.

  1. 1

    Sourcing and the order

We buy from mills and packers we have visited, on a purchase order that names the specification, the Incoterm and the documents we need back. Advances are booked at the rate of the day they are paid.

  2. 2

    Permits before the ship sails

Plant-quarantine clearances for garlic, FDA registration for packaged food, import commodity clearances where the law asks. A shipment never leaves origin waiting on a permit.

  3. 3

    Customs and duty

Our broker lodges the entry on the arrival. Where an ASEAN or RCEP certificate of origin travels with the goods we claim the preferential rate; the duty and VAT on importation are paid the day they are assessed.

  4. 4

    Into the warehouse, by lot

Each delivery is counted against the packing list and opened as a lot with its own landed cost. Shortages and damage are claimed from the carrier or the insurer the same week.

For wholesalers

Price per carton or per bag, from stock, collected or delivered within Metro Manila.

For processors

Whole containers on a forward contract, the specification agreed before we book the ship.

For supermarkets

Registered, labelled and coded products with their permits on file, ready for your accreditation.
