With every container

The documents

  1. 01

    Commercial invoice and packing list

Signed, matching the contract and the credit word for word.

  2. 02

    Bill of lading

Clean, on board, to order of the bank when the credit asks it.

  3. 03

    Certificate of origin

Form D or RCEP, so your customs can grant the preferential rate.

  4. 04

    Phytosanitary and health certificates

From the Bureau of Plant Industry and the FDA, issued before loading.

  5. 05

    Certificate of analysis

Moisture, fat, sulphite and micro results from an accredited laboratory, per lot.

On a letter of credit we check every document against the credit before presenting it, so a discrepancy is caught here, not at your bank.
